FUN – Rosana Auqué Art Exhibition, Milan (2022)
Exhibition held at P’n’P Communication, Milan – May 20–25, 2022
“FUN” marked Rosana Auqué’s first solo exhibition in Italy — a celebration of joy, freedom, and artistic rebirth.
Set in the vibrant design heart of Milan, the exhibition unfolded as a colorful conversation between her Colombian roots and her adopted Italian sensibility. Each painting radiated an infectious energy: pinks, yellows, and turquoise tones collided joyfully, evoking laughter, warmth, and the unfiltered pleasure of being alive.
For Rosana, FUN was not merely a word — it was a manifesto. Through her acrylics, she explored the spiritual power of joy as a creative force, transforming every brushstroke into a reflection on balance, emotion, and spontaneity.
Visitors stepping into the space at P’n’P Communication encountered an atmosphere of movement and optimism, where color became language and light, emotion.
“Each piece was painted with my hands and my soul,” Rosana recalls. Using layers of gesso and vibrant acrylics, she created tactile surfaces that invite touch and emotional connection.
The works reveal her signature style — spontaneous yet balanced — merging the intuitive rhythm of Latin America with the structural elegance of Italian art.
Her creative process, both physical and meditative, becomes a journey between two cultures and two ways of feeling the world.
